Private one-to-one Reiki Retreat
Service Description
Available days for Private Individual Reiki Class: Wednesday, July 9 and additional days. Days available will have a black dot on the calendar as you scroll or please send email request and we will select a day together just for you! An individualized Reiki class designed personally to meet your needs. This 8-hour retreat provides a space for intimate conversation about what personally led you to Reiki. This might be a desire to incorporate Reiki into a business or to begin a fascinating Reiki journey while embracing your unique and personal life story. Private class can be booked for Level I and/or Level II. Janet presents the esoteric teachings of Eastern Reiki which involves Old Ways of teaching and mentoring. Teacher and student together embrace the journey of awakening and self-discovery. The retreat is an opportunity to release both physical and emotional trauma that becomes deeply buried within our bodies. Meditation, introspection and Reiki are the prelude to a magnificent journey towards discovering your True authentic self which ultimately leads to kami - peace. In the one-on-one experience the student will learn: 1. What Reiki is and how to embrace a Reiki lifestyle. 2. How to better manage anger and become less anxious and worried. 3. Self-regulation techniques. 4. Become familiar with the concept of non-duality and how it can create peace. 5. How to protect your energy and yourself from negativity. 6. How to create an optimal setting for your body’s healing systems. 7. How to be open to love and compassion for yourself and others. Class provides: 1. Guided meditations throughout the day awakening our spiritual energy. 2. Reiju - a blessing and attunement ceremony to tap into your universal life force energy and shine your Great Bright Light. 3. Personalized guidance in Reiki self-treatment and how to perform self-Reiki based on your personal life experiences both past and present. 4. One-to-one guidance in Reiki meditations 5. Learn how to incorporate self-treatment in times of anger, worry, stress and sickness. 6. Receive a 60-minute Reiki session in level I or a group healing with Janet in Level II. 7. Learn how to perform Reiki and be able to share Reiki with family, friends, pets/animals, and with others in your business or profession upon completion of the Reiki retreat. 8. Learn the Chakra System in Level I 9. Learn additional techniques and distance Reiki in Level II 10. AND so much more! Lunch included: Soup and Salad
Cancellation Policy
Private Class Day: Reiki classes are 1-day classes, 9:00 - 5:00 PM. A homemade lunch consisting of soup, salad, and dessert is provided for private class participants. Please let me know of any dietary needs or preferences as soon as possible. The soup is vegetarian; you may choose to bring a lunch and if so, please let me know. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and water are available. You may wish to bring slippers or socks. A manual is provided for you with space to take notes, but you are welcome to bring a notebook or journal. There is a lot of misinformation out there about preparations for Reiki classes. In fact, there are no special recommendations required. All that is required is your presence. If you feel called to an intention or fasting, you may do so. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your session or class. This is important. Red Pine Reiki is operated out of my family's home. This means we could be eating, showering, finishing up a family task, arriving home, or I may be in session with another person with the understanding that there is time to continue our task until 15 minutes before your booking. Special Accommodations: I wish to accommodate anyone with limited mobility. The main floor of my home is accessible to wheelchairs and walkers from the garage and has a bathroom that can accommodate a wheelchair. Classes can be held in the living room on the main floor or in the lower-level classroom which has stairs. Please inform me if you are unable to navigate stairs as I will be sure to hold class on the main level of the house. CANCELATION POLICY & REIKI CLASS FEE NOTICE: Class reservation fees are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to a later class should there be an unexpected conflict, or you are not feeling well. It is common to experience detoxification symptoms in the days prior to a Reiki session or class. Pre-class detox systems may present as a headache, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, and anxiety. The body knows that there will be a mind and spirit transformation. You may wish to try and attend class if the symptoms are not serious, and it is good to begin your healing journey. However, the option exists to cancel, reschedule and come when you feel well. The fee can be transferred to a future class within one year of the original date of class. Please note that the ability to move the fee forward to a different class expires 1 year from the original class date.
