Reiki Level I Shoden Class April 12
Service Description
Please join us for Reiki Level 1 Shoden Class: Sunday, April 12, 9:00 - 5:00 PM Reiki class is for everyone! Class is limited to 10 students. Reserve your spot by selecting Book Now! Level I Shoden means beginning teachings. It is the beautiful beginning of your Reiki journey. Receive your Reiki First Degree Certificate and begin sharing Reiki with others immediately upon completion of class. However, Reiki Class is for everyone! Reiki was initially designed for families in Japan and was the first line of non-emergency healthcare for family and self-treatment. Reiki is hands-on healing but is also a journey of self-discovery and healing. Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. It treats the whole person mind, body and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include feelings of peace, security, well-being, and better sleep. Reiki benefits men, women, children, infants, all genders, all abilities, including pets and animals and can assist with many life experiences and stressors. Class objectives: -Define the Usui Reiki Ryoho healing system. -Explain the history of Reiki. -Describe the research and application of Reiki in conventional settings. -Explain the Ancient Chakra system of Eastern Medicine and how it correlates to the physical body while assessing how personal life experiences and emotions impact health and wellness. -Receive the beautiful Reiju blessing or attunement to First Degree Reiki -Learn Dry Bathing of the energy field - Kenyoku. -Learn the importance of self-treatment and complete a self-treatment session. -Learn and perform a full Reiki session with a partner that can be used on humans and animals/pets. -Receive an introduction to the Reiki Precepts. Upon completion of class students will be able to perform Reiki self-treatment and share Reiki with family, friends, animals/pets, in a profession and in business. Most importantly, Reiki is a gift you will have to use forever. Many students continue their journey to level II and begin to experience even more profound transformations as we go deeper into Reiki Precepts, meditations, and embrace the Reiki lifestyle. Two participant minimum requirement for class to be held. On the rare occasion that you are the sole participant registered for class, we will select a new date together that works for you and open it to the public. You may also select the Private Individual Class.
Cancellation Policy
Class Day: Reiki classes are 1-day classes, held 9:00 - 5:00 PM. Please bring a lunch - a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and water are available. A manual is provided with space to take notes, but you are welcome to bring a notebook or journal. There are no special recommendations required for preparation for class. All that is required is your presence. You may wish to bring slippers as the floor can be cool. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class. This is important. Red Pine Reiki is operated out of my family's home. Special Accommodations: The main floor of Red Pine Reiki is accessible to wheelchairs and walkers via the garage and has a bathroom that accommodates a wheelchair. Classes can be held in the living room on the main floor or in the lower-level classroom which has stairs. Please do inform me ahead of class if unable to navigate stairs and I will be sure to hold class on the main level of the house. CANCELATION POLICY & REIKI CLASS FEE NOTICE: Class reservation fees are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to a future class for any reason within one year of the original class date. It is common to experience detoxification symptoms days prior to a Reiki class. Pre-class detox systems may present as headache, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, and anxiety. The body is aware that there will be a mind and spirit transformation that can create a feeling of apprehension. You may wish to try and attend class if the symptoms are not too bothersome, as it is good to begin your healing journey and attend class. However, the option still exists to cancel, reschedule and attend class when you feel well. The fee can be transferred to a future class. ** Please note that the ability to move the fee forward to a different class expires 1 year from the original class date. **
